Carol Clements is Chief Digital & Technology Officer at JetBlue.

Formerly, Ms. Clements served as Chief Technology Officer for Pizza Hut, where she was responsible for enabling growth for Pizza Hut’s U.S. restaurants through technology and digital innovation. She oversaw the brand's e-commerce channels, restaurant & delivery technology, and data & analytics initiatives to power sales and operations across 6,000+ restaurants nationwide.

Prior to joining Pizza Hut, Ms. Clements spent 11 years at Southwest Airlines in a variety of technology leadership roles. Prior to that, she began her career as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led numerous CRM, customer analytics, and eCommerce engagements across the retail, entertainment, telecom and travel industries.

Ms. Clements graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where she earned degrees in Mathematics and Management Science Engineering. She is the 2020 recipient of the Dallas CIO of the Year ORBIE award.
