Heidelberger is an executive leader with extensive experience in driving business transformation through the application of technology-based solutions. He has more than 24 years of industry experience in business operations, technology, and management consulting. He is the former CIO at Guardian Life Insurance. Prior to joining Guardian, Heidelberger held positions at Prudential Financial as well as Business Edge Solutions and American Management systems.
Heidelberger holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Monmouth University and a B.A. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Scranton.
