Kathleen Fitzpatrick is CIO, Managing Director of Russell Reynolds Associates. In this role, Ms. Fitzpatrick is responsible for driving the firm’s overall technology strategy and providing leadership and support for the firm’s major IS initiatives.
Ms. Fitzpatrick leverages her significant experience in key areas such as innovative systems architecture, client management platforms, hardware and software integration, user interface design and end-user training programs to ensure that the IS team understands and translates business trends and needs into viable technology solutions to support Russell Reynolds 46 offices across the globe.
Ms. Fitzpatrick has more than 20 years of experience in the development of complex client management applications and IT architecture, having spent the last 15 years in senior IT roles for major financial services institutions. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, she was the Managing Director and the Head of Global Development for Citigroup’s Global Wealth Management Group where she was responsible for the successful global rollout of the strategic client profiling and on-boarding platform at Citi Private Bank. Prior to that, she held roles of increasing responsibility at UBS, most recently serving as a Managing Director and Head of Front Office Technology for UBS Financial Services’ U.S. Wealth Management where she was responsible for all technology used by financial advisors and their clients. While at UBS, Ms. Fitzpatrick served as Chief Architect. She also played a significant role in several acquisition integrations that were instrumental in building the organization’s current structure. Earlier in her career, she served as Project Manager for Smith Barney Shearson and spent her early years as a software developer.
Ms. Fitzpatrick holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
